Really lovely friendly staff and individual service. The bed was great and it was great having WiFi, air conditioning and terrace. The rooftop bar in the hotel had lots of relaxing coffee and tea throughout the day. Plus their wifi was complimentary...

lovely people working here, pristine place. loved that we had central heating, a safe and a writing table in the queen studio. and it was fantastic.

Staff were helpfull and we loved our time there. It was very very nice and easy to move around, private bathroom. The place was set about 15 minutes walk from the downtown. Plus, the hotel was close enough to deep ellum arts festival.
